The ITSP services will be tailored to your practice, providing the support you need, and not bogging you down with unnecessary steps. A PITO relationship manager local to your area will be available to work through the program with you.
Physicians may apply to the PITO program as individual physicians, a practice, groups of practices, or as Communities of Practice.
